The Air Runner combines expert engineering, innovation and comfort into one brilliant treadmill. It is a motorless curved surface treadmill which makes it one of the most effective devices for speed, strength and endurance training. It can be adjusted by changing the magnetic resistance; a low resistance allows a smooth glide for high speed and internal work while a higher resistance can imitate heavy sled and power training. Black foam ergonomic handles allow the users arms to be naturally positioned and the frame can be used to imitate the pushing of a sled. Users can use any of the seven included training programs with the Air Runner and can see the different modes of speed, calories, time on the large LCD screen.
